The change of command between the outgoing ADVISORY TASK FORCE COMMANDER, Colonel Thierry CHIPOT (France) and the incoming ADVISORY TASK FORCE COMMANDER, Colonel Hubert DOUTAUD (France) took place on Wednesday, 12 February 2020, at the MFHQ (Mission Force Headquarters) in Bamako. The change of command was executed during a formal ceremony with the presence of the EUTM Mali Commander, Brigadier General João Boga Ribeiro. All MFHQ personnel took part in the ceremony.
