The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Mr. Josep Borrell, visited the EUTM Mali facilities at the Boubacar Sada Sy Military Camp in Koulikoro.

During the visit, High Representative Borrell met with the Mission Force Commander, Brigade General GRACIA, and had a discussion on the progress and challenges of the implementation of its Mandate 5.
