EUTM Mali is with the Malian people, all together! Martyrs’ Day also known as Democracy Day is a public holiday in Mali and takes place on March 26th. On this day, the country celebrates democracy and honors those who gave their lives struggling for democracy during the overthrow of March 1991. This episode marked the beginning of democratic reforms in the country.
