The change of command between the outgoing EUTM DEPUTY MISSION COMMANDER, Colonel Vicente TORRES VAZQUEZ (Spain) and the incoming DEPUTY MISSION COMMANDER, Colonel Antonio ARAUZO MARTINEZ (Spain) took place on Tuesday, 04 February 2020, at the MFHQ (Mission Force Headquarters) in Bamako. The Change of Command was executed during a formal ceremony with the presence of the EUTM Commander, Brigadier General João Pedro Boga Ribeiro and the Ambassador of Spain to Mali, Mr. Miguel Gómez de Aranda. All MFHQ personnel took part in the Ceremony.
