Donation of medicines and medical equipment to the Malian armed forces

Thanks to the generosity of the Belgian pharmaceutical company ORBIPHARMA, EUTM Mali was able to make a donation of medicines and medical equipment to the Malian armed forces. This donation aims to enable the Central Directorate of the Malian Army Health Service (DCSSA) to provide the best possible care to wounded Malian soldiers.

About half of the donation took place on Monday, October 02, 2017 at the Polyclinic of Kati, which in fact is the only military revalidation center in Mali. All the wounded soldiers from the northern regions are sent there.

Prior, on 19 September, another part of the donation “ORBIPHARMA” was offered to the “Infirmerie de Garnison” at the Koulikoro Training Camp in the presence of the commander of the ETTF (Education and Training Task Force) of the EUTM Mali mission, Colonel Vanhove, and the staff of the Belgian role 1.

The other part of the donation will be destined for the military regions of Kayes and Sevare.
